The SHIELD TV Pro includes a remote control with a built-in microphone, which supports Google Assistant and Alexa functionality; the Google Assistant is built into the SHIELD TV Pro. A variety of apps are built-in for instant streaming. The shield TV pro can be paired with a NVIDIA Shield Controller Game pad(Sold Separately).
The NVIDIA Tegra X1+ processor is designed to deliver fast performance. Using AI up scaling, it enhances HD video to near-4K resolution in real time for clear visuals. Two USB ports allow for storage expansion or peripherals, such as USB cameras, keyboards, controllers, and more. The SHIELD TV Pro has Plex Media Server,Chromecast 4K built-in is built-in, is SmartThings hub-ready, and supports AAA Android gaming and Twitch broadcasting thanks to its 3GB of RAM.Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos surround sound deliver vivid picture quality and immersive audio with compatible equipment and source media.The SHIELD TV Pro features Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity for convenient streaming, plus two USB ports for storage expansion. The included remote control has motion-activated backlit buttons, one of which is user-customizable. This new Nvidia Shield Pro is just fantastic. The 4K picture quality is crisper and more detailed comparing it to my Apple TV.I am using Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision support makes cinema viewing a complete package. Also tried AI upscaling displays 1080P MKV and found that it works like a charm. Overall I am really happy with this product. It has now become my best streaming device so far.
