Return Policy

We will provide Return/Replacement for all our products sold within 7 days of delivery of product with genuine reason for return/replacement. Once authorized by us it should be returned back to us in 7 days.

The returned products will be accepted only if the products are returned in total in the condition it was received by you and in saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, with its entire contents.

1. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our QA/ Inspection team.
2. Damages due to neglect,improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
3. We will not accept return if the product was ordered by mistake or without seeing proper specifications.
4. All products we ship has a serial number that uniquely identifies the item.We maintain records for Warranty claims and other reasons. The returned goods would be subjected to such verification.
5. Return goods would not be accepted with any physical imperfections, scratches, smudges or incomplete sale package. In event we receive such goods, we will be entitled to deduct a re-stocking fee from the final refunded after assessment from our inspection team and any such deductions would be full and final and not binding on us.
